1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Trustx Hub & Viable Groups ("we," "us," "our"), including commodities trading (delivered via our Telegram assistant, Zara), agricultural commodities, automobiles, heavy-duty equipment, wrist watches and jewelry trading. By using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

We operate five lines of business:

  • Commodities trading quoted and settled via our Telegram bot and mini app.
  • Agricultural commodities sourcing and supply.
  • Automobile sourcing, sale, and purchase.
  • Heavy-duty equipment sourcing and sale.
  • Wrist watches and jewelry goods trading.

Rates, prices, and availability are quoted at the time of a specific transaction and are not guaranteed in advance.

3. Eligibility & Verification

You must be legally able to enter into binding transactions to use our services. For certain transactions particularly commodities trading processed through our payment partners we may require identity verification (KYC) in line with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations before completing a transaction.

4. Payments & Settlement

Payments related to our trading service are processed via third-party payment providers, including Paystack. Payouts are typically settled shortly after a payment is confirmed, though timing can vary. You are responsible for providing accurate account and payment details we are not liable for funds sent to incorrect details you provide.

5. Pricing

Trading rates and prices for goods are live and subject to change without notice until a transaction is confirmed. Once a rate or price is confirmed for a specific transaction, it will be honored for that transaction.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to decline, delay, or reverse any transaction we reasonably believe is fraudulent or non-compliant with applicable law.

7. Disputes & Refunds

If you believe a transaction was processed incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible via the channels listed on our Contact page. We will investigate and work in good faith to resolve genuine errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
